Windsor Academy hasn't had much luck against Brentwood recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Windsor Academy Knights will head out to face off against the Brentwood War Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Windsor Academy will bounce into Tuesday's game after beating Covenant Academy, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. Windsor Academy snuck past Covenant Academy with a 44-38 win on Saturday.

Meanwhile, everything went Brentwood's way against Thomas Jefferson Academy on Saturday as Brentwood made off with a 61-35 victory. The War Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 20 points or more this season.
Windsor Academy better focus on containing Cadence English and Bailey Barron as the pair were huge in Brentwood's win. English dropped a double-double on 18 points and 11 rebounds, while Barron went 6 of 9 on her way to 13 points along with eight rebounds and four blocks. The match was English's tenth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaylee Rizner, who had eight points.

Brentwood pushed their record up to 11-3 with the win, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.5 points per game. As for Windsor Academy, their victory ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-12.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Windsor Academy has crashing the boards this season, having averaged 30.4 boards per game. However, it's not like Brentwood struggles in that department as they've been averaging 36.6 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Windsor Academy took a serious blow against Brentwood in their previous meeting back in February of 2022, falling 76-16. Thankfully for Windsor Academy, Cameran Francis (who dropped a double-double on 28 points and 14 rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
