After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Archer School for Girls, St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 29-6 margin over the St. Bernard Vikings. The victory continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won eight in a row.
Aaliyah Medina was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk).
