The Sky View Bobcats will challenge the Crimson Cliffs Mustangs at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Sky View is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Bear River. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bobcats.
Sky View had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-15, 25-18, 25-18.

Sky View can attribute much of their success to Brynn Spackman, who had 12 digs, and Abby Thatcher, who had 19 digs and three assists. Thatcher is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 16 or more in each of the last four games she's played.
Meanwhile, Crimson Cliffs was able to grind out a solid win over Hurricane last Thursday, taking the game 3-1. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-22, 22-25, 25-16.
Sky View better keep an eye on Lily Jones. She was instrumental in Crimson Cliffs' win, getting 14 digs and two assists.
Sky View's record is now 16-12. As for Crimson Cliffs, their record now sits at 20-8.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Monday's matchup: Sky View has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 8.2 aces per game. However, it's not like Crimson Cliffs struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 10.6 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
Sky View couldn't quite get it done against Crimson Cliffs when the teams last played back in August of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Bobcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
