Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kahuku). They breezed by the McKinley Tigers to the tune of 72-24 on Thursday. The Red Raiders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 20 points or more this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Kahuku, bringing their record for this year to 6-5. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.5 points per game. As for McKinley, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.

Kahuku didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 66-17 win against Kalaheo on the 28th. McKinley has also already played their next contest, a 68-13 defeat against Moanalua on the 28th.
