The biggest upset of the week belonged to St. Mary's-Colgan, who took down 93rd ranked Columbus, 30-7.
Girard extended the longest winning streak in Crawford-Neosho-Cherokee this week by beating Galena, 41-12. The win marks fifth in a row for the the Trojans.
Southeast's dynamic duo of Josh Thompson and Daniel Peak proved tough for Erie to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Thompson threw for 249 yards and four touchdowns and Peak had 117 yards receiving. Ryan Rakestraw helped Southeast's passing attack out by catching seven balls for 113 yards.
Jacob Helton was the most productive running back in the league this week. In nine carries, he ran for 97 yards as the Bulldogs bested the Red Devils. Trenton Little also contributed to the rushing game with 26 yards on the ground.
Ben Collins made the biggest impact on defense this week as Galena lost to Girard. The 6-foot-0 senior recorded one fumble.
Southeast's Thompson and Peak have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Thompson has thrown for 1202 yards this season, while Peak, a 5-foot-11 receiver, has 36 catches for 715 yards. The Titans' Nate Bole leads the league in rushing yards with 591.
A big matchup in Crawford-Neosho-Cherokee this week will be when Clint Rider's team takes on Riverton. As it stands, the Lancers are in first, while the Rams are in fourth.
Riverton took down Parsons 54-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.
