Glendora dropped down to 5-3 on Friday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They took a 55-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ontario Christian Knights. The Tartans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2024.

As for Ontario Christian, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-4. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points over those games.

Ontario Christian found their leader in sophomore Mason Salazar, who shot 54% from the field on his way to 23 points. The matchup was Salazar's seventh in a row with at least 19 points. Cash Marshall was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 11 points and nine rebounds.

Coming up, Glendora and Chino Hills will face off at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. The Tartans will need to watch out since the Huskies have now posted at least 55 points in their last seven games. As for Ontario Christian, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Damien at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
