In what's become a running theme this season, the Briarwood Academy Buccaneers gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Tuesday. They took their  contest at home  with ease, bagging a  75-45 victory over Thomas Jefferson Academy. The  victory was familiar territory for Briarwood Academy who now have three in a row.
 Briarwood Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Charlie Mosley, who  scored 19 points along with seven  rebounds and two  steals. Mosley continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's  played.  mason Thigpen was another key contributor,  dropping  a double-double on ten points and 12  rebounds.
 Briarwood Academy has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won six of their last seven matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for Thomas Jefferson Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Briarwood Academy will  challenge Piedmont Academy at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Piedmont Academy is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for Thomas Jefferson Academy, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Monsignor Donovan Catholic at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday.
