Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Tate was moving up and down the field and finished the game with 425 total yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Gulf Breeze only gained 55.
Tate wouldn't let Gulf Breeze keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force three fumbles. It was truly a group effort as Maleak North, Tripp Daughtry, and Grant Bray-Hasty picked up one apiece.
Tate's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Gulf Breeze, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Tate is on the road again on Friday to play Pensacola at 7:00 p.m. As for Gulf Breeze, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Pace at 7:30 p.m. on September 13th.
