If Bruce beats Calhoun City with 20 runs on Thursday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two matches with that exact score. The Trojans didn't even let Water Valley on the board on Tuesday, marking the Trojans' second-straight 20-0 shutout. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Trojans.
Sammie Gunter made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.
