Pea Ridge's game on Friday was all tied up 17-17 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 36-24 hit to the loss column at the hands of Farmington.
Meanwhile, Harrison entered their tilt with Clarksville with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Harrison blew past Clarksville 42-3 at home. 42 seems to be a good number for Harrison as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.
Braden Long continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 339 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 14.7 yards per carry. Long hasn't dropped below two rushing touchdowns for seven straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaydin Welsh, who rushed for 89 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries.
Pea Ridge has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season. As for Harrison, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.
Pea Ridge took a serious blow against Harrison when the teams last played back in November of 2022, falling 41-7. Will Pea Ridge have more luck at home instead of on the road?
