Murphy has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last seven times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kayleigh Thomas, who scored six points along with ten rebounds and six steals.
Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-9. As for Boone, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-3.

As for Boone, they will head out on the road to square off against Downey Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. That game will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Rosemarie Lisojo and Murphy.
