Constitution had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They snuck past the Philadelphia High School for Girls GAZELLE with a 2-1 victory. Constitution have not had any issues with Philadelphia High School for Girls recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

The victory improved Constitution's record to 1-0. As for Philadelphia High School for Girls, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-1.

Constitution and Philadelphia High School for Girls will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Generals will face off against their in-conference opponent Carver High School of Engineering & Science at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Philadelphia High School for Girls is set to challenge their familiar foe Samuel Fels at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday.
