Last Tuesday, Benjamin Franklin didn't have too much trouble with First Philadelphia Prep at home as they won 64-50.
Benjamin Franklin's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Soukare Fane, who scored 19 points. The match was Fane's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kneco Hill, who scored 15 points.
Meanwhile, Parkway Center City ended up a good deal behind Roxborough on Tuesday and lost 68-52. While losing is never fun, Parkway Center City can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 324th, while Roxborough is ranked 72nd).
Benjamin Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Parkway Center City, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
