DePue can finally bid farewell to their nine-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They walked away with a 54-44 victory over the Calvary Christian Academy Knights. The Little Giants' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

DePue's win bumped their record up to 2-11. As for Calvary Christian Academy, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. DePue will venture away from home to take on Wethersfield at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Someone's luck will take a turn for the better: Wethersfield has lost three straight at home , while DePue has lost six on the road (dating back to last season). As for Calvary Christian Academy, they will head out to square off against Walther Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
