 North Monterey County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8-1. As for Hollister, the  win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-2.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Monterey County will take on Salinas at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Hollister, they will look to defend their home field  on Thursday against Notre Dame at 6:00  p.m. The two teams have allowed few  runs on average, (Notre Dame: 2.6, Hollister: 2.1) so any  runs scored will be well earned.
