After losing to Gunnison Valley the last time they met, Richfield decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Richfield Wildcats were the clear victor by a 5-2 margin over the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs on Tuesday. The win was familiar territory for the Wildcats, who have now won three games in a row.

Richfield's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those four matches. As for Gunnison Valley, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-2 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Richfield will venture away from home to face off against Manti at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Manti is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.
