The Bozeman Bucks won the last time they faced the Crossroad Academy Scorpions, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Bozeman claimed a resounding 48-20 victory over the Scorpions at home. The win made it back-to-back wins for Bozeman.
Bozeman found their leader in underclassman Lillian Leonard, who scored 20 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Leonard has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Skyler Scott, who scored ten points.
Bozeman's win bumped their record up to 9-12. As for Crossroad Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-12.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bozeman will challenge the Knights at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Rocky Bayou Christian will be looking to keep their seven-game home win streak alive. As for Crossroad Academy, they and the Timberwolves will face off at 6:30 p.m. on February 1st without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Hopefully Chiles focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up six on Wednesday.
