Heath waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They never let the River Valley Vikings get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by six runs or more this season.

Heath's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-4. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for River Valley, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season.

Heath has already played their next match, a 6-3 win against Columbus Academy on the 24th. River Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
