Given Bishop Hartley's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 35th, while St. Clairsville is ranked 124th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Bishop Hartley was led to victory by Bryson Winbush and Robert Lathon. Winbush gained 86 total yards and a touchdown, while Lathon rushed for 126 yards and a touchdown.
Bishop Hartley's victory bumped their record up to 10-2. As for St. Clairsville, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-3.
Bishop Hartley will head out on the road to face off against Sheridan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Sheridan's favor is that they have now posted big point totals in their last three contests. St. Clairsville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
