She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in seven consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-4 with two  runs and one  stolen base.
 In other batting news,  Savannah Oldson made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 2-for-4 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and two  doubles.  Alanna Washington was another key player,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with one  stolen base and two  RBI.
As for Spencer County,  the  victory made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 8-6. Considering they have won six matchups by more than five  runs this season, Friday's  blowout was nothing new.
 On Spencer County's side,  the team  relied heavily on  Brooklyn Hunt, who  went a perfect 4-for-4 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and two  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Lilly Long, who  went 1-for-4 with four  RBI and one  stolen base.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trimble County will square off against Walton-Verona at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday. The Bearcats have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.43  runs per game on average), something the Raiders will no doubt try to take advantage of.
