Make it five blowout wins for the Blue Ridge Christian Bears this season. Everything went their way against Appalachian Christian School on Tuesday as Blue Ridge Christian made off with a 54-29 victory. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Blue Ridge Christian had established a 23 point advantage.
Blake Waldron and Isaac Morris certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Waldron scored 11 points along with six rebounds and two steals, while Morris scored eight points along with six rebounds and six steals. Waldron is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played.
The win makes it two in a row for Blue Ridge Christian and bumps their season record up to 8-4. As for Appalachian Christian School, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.
Blue Ridge Christian will head out on the road to face off against the Conquerors at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Appalachian Christian School does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
