Bangor came out on top against Lehighton on Saturday thanks in part to the team's impressive seven-run second inning. The Slaters put the hurt on the Indians with a sharp 12-2 win. Winning may never get old, but the Slaters sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Bangor now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Lehighton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bangor will take on Northern Lehigh at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lehighton, they will challenge Catasauqua at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
