After soaring high against Hunters Lane last week, Icarus fell to the ground on Friday. Hillwood lost to Clarksville by a decisive 34-54 margin. If Hillwood were expecting to get some payback for the 6-42 defeat against Clarksville the last time they met, then they were left disappointed.
The loss dropped Hillwood's record to 1-3. The victory bumped Clarksville's record up to 4-0.
Hillwood will look to defend their home turf next week against Gallatin at 7:00 PM. As for Clarksville, they will face off against Henry County.
