Oak Ridge and Royse City squared off in some playoff action  on Tuesday, but Oak Ridge had to settle for second. They took  a  3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Royse City Bulldogs.  Royse City was led to victory by  Patience Gibson and  Gracyn Stough.  Gibson  had 20  digs and three  aces, while  Stough  had 12  digs and two  aces. Gibson has been hot , having  posted 11 or more  digs the last five times she's  played.
 Oak Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 35-12. As for Royse City, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won 30 of their last 35 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 40-8 record  this season.
 Oak Ridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Royse City, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  3-1  loss against College Park on the 15th.
