Softball Recap: Botkins Wins Going Away Against Fairlawn

While Botkins put up some runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Fairlawn. The Trojans put the hurt on the Jets with a sharp 10-0 win. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by six runs or more this season.

Botkins now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Fairlawn, they dropped their record down to 3-14 with the loss, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Botkins will welcome Anna at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Fairlawn, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Twin Valley South at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Jets are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
