Despite the loss, McMichael still got an impressive performance from Cody Beck, who scored 12 points. Beck continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Isaiah Belcher was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
West Forsyth's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.4 points per game. As for McMichael, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

West Forsyth and East Forsyth will face off at 8:00 p.m. on January 17th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. East Forsyth is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games. As for McMichael, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against North Forsyth at 8:00 p.m. North Forsyth is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
