Karah Cardinal made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. Cardinal was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. Those three runs gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Payton Soriano and Ava Balentine did most of the damage at the plate: Soriano scored three runs while going 2-for-3, while Balentine scored three runs while going 3-for-4.
