Lanse Vos turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than two earned runs surrendered on Wednesday. He didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because St. Francis is undefeated when he allows at most one earned run, but 1-2 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Vos and St. Francis will take on Petoskey at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Northmen will enter the matchup having just beaten Traverse City Central, so the Gladiators will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
