Lewiston had a rough outing against Cheverus three weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Lewiston took the match and then some with a 42-7 victory on Friday over Windham. Windham can consider this payback for the 14-20 loss they dealt Lewiston the last time the teams encountered one another.
The win bumped Lewiston's record up to 2-4. Windham are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-6.
Next week Lewiston take on Scarborough at 7:00 PM. As for Windham, they will face off against Cheverus.
