The Harvey Hornets will be playing at home against the Drake/Anamoose Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
Harvey won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Friday. They took a serious blow against Westhope/Newburg, falling 68-28. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Harvey has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Drake/Anamoose's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 77-41 loss at the hands of Westhope/Newburg. While losing is never fun, Drake/Anamoose can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Dakota basketball rankings (they are ranked 113th, while Westhope/Newburg is ranked eighth).
Harvey has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Drake/Anamoose, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10.
Harvey took a serious blow against Drake/Anamoose in their previous matchup back in February of 2016, falling 72-39. Can Harvey avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
