With a playoff game on the line, the Jackson Aggies rose to the challenge  on Monday. They came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of  65-58. Jackson is really starting to get used to good results now that the team's won 17 straight.
 Jackson got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Nasir Powell out in front who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 18 points and nine  rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Powell has scored all season. Another player making a difference was  Keeyun Chapman, who  scored 11 points along with eight  rebounds and seven  blocks.
 Jackson's win bumped their record up to 27-2. As for Andalusia, their loss dropped their record down to 21-9.
 Jackson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Andalusia also has no future games currently scheduled.
