Sherwood lost to Midway 52-6 last week, the largest margin of any game. Zach Matson threw for 25 yards and ran for 13 yards in the defeat.
Butler made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 12,927 from 13,189. The advance stemmed from a 29-6 victory over Summit Christian Academy last week.
The Bears' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Kaleb Kauffaman threw for 38 and 1 touchdown and Baylor Mead had 28 yards receiving. On the ground Kauffaman chipped in 145 yards. Tate Bollweg helped Butler's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 10 yards.

Thanks to the talents of Anthony Winningham and J.j. Rivers, Van Horn has been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Winningham is tops in the league in passing with 867 yards, while Rivers has rushed for 1,092 yards this season. Tops in the league in receiving yards is Sherwood's Hunter Davis, with 336 yards on 16 catches.
