Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Braxen Shelton stepped things up a notch to give Lamar the 'W'. Shelton posted three points and three assists, which was good enough to set a new career-high in assists in the process. Those assists were his first of the season.

Coming up, Shelton and Lamar will head out to face off against Manitou Springs at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
