Several Lions players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Graham Matlock, who went 8-for-16 on his way to 16 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. Those six assists gave Matlock a new career-high. Eamon Matlock was another key player, dropping a double-double with 14 points and 13 boards.
