Gloucester waltzed into their contest on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by an 8-1 margin over the Smithfield Packers. The result was nothing new for the Dukes, who have now won ten matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Gloucester's win bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Smithfield, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season.
