Foley won the last time they faced West Florida and things went their way on Friday too. The Foley Lions were the clear victor by a 54-31 margin over the West Florida Jaguars. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Despite the defeat, West Florida saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Amani Bartholomew went 5 for 7 on her way to 11 points and six rebounds. Bartholomew has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last six times she's played.

Foley pushed their record up to 22-3 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.0 points per game. As for West Florida, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-9.
