Kj Lacey Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Friday, Saraland got the W thanks in part to Kj Lacey playing the best football he has all season. Lacey threw for 233 yards and six touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes. The effort also marked the most rushing yards (16) he has had since back in September of 2023.
Lacey and Saraland will head out to square off against Theodore at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Spartans got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Bobcats, probably because Lacey had a solid game then too: he threw for 231 yards and three touchdowns.
