Given Tri-West Hendricks' advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 102nd, while Frankfort is ranked 265th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
It was another big night for Max Allen robertson, who scored 14 points along with 9 rebounds. The matchup was his fourth in a row with at least ten points. Jimmy Sorgi was another key contributor, scoring 9 points.
The win makes it two in a row for Tri-West Hendricks and bumps their season record up to 3-1. As for Frankfort, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tri-West Hendricks will face off against West Lafayette at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. West Lafayette has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. As for Frankfort, they will head out on the road to face off against Twin Lakes at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
