The Newfane Panthers stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They blew past Barker, posting a 64-33 win on the road. Newfane is really starting to get used to good results now that the team's won 11 straight.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Newfane to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brayden Seitz, who scored ten points along with six rebounds and three steals. Seitz is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ben Dickinson, who scored six points along with 14 rebounds and three blocks.
Newfane pushed their record up to 13-1 with that victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.8 points per game. As for Barker, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
Coincidentally, Newfane and Barker will both be playing Medina the next time they take the court. Newfane will host Medina at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while Barker will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on February 13th.
