That's the first time this season that Carson posted eight or more assists. Another player making a difference was Nate Castleman, who scored 18 points.
White House's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Bryce Hill, who scored 14 points along with three steals and three blocks. That's the first time this season that Hill posted two or more blocks. Dawson Carson was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds.
Greenbrier has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-7 record this season. As for White House, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-5.
Greenbrier will head out on the road to challenge Station Camp at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for White House, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Portland at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Tennessee (Portland is ranked 151st, while White House is ranked 130th).
