Central Woodstock had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Lunenburg Central Chargers on Tuesday as they made off with a 9-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Falcons, who have now won 14 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Central Woodstock, bringing their record up to 22-2. As for Lunenburg Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-3.

Coming up, Central Woodstock will take on Central Wise at 10:00 a.m. on Friday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Falcons surely won't give up without a fight. Lunenburg Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
