Worthington Kilbourne's loss came despite strong showings from Oliviah Wilkerson and Sa'Kiyah Coleman. Wilkerson scored nine points along with six rebounds, while Coleman scored four points.
Worthington Kilbourne's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Canal Winchester, their win bumped their record up to 12-4.
Worthington Kilbourne will head out on the road to square off against Dublin Scioto at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Dublin Scioto focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 28 on Friday. As for Canal Winchester, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Franklin Heights at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Franklin Heights will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings (they are ranked 695th, while Canal Winchester is ranked 98th).
