The St. Ignatius Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a rough 95-50 loss at the hands of Fairfield. Despite the loss, St. Ignatius still got an impressive performance from Landon C walks over ice, who scored 21 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. C walks over ice scored a full 42% of St. Ignatius' points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Lex LaFrombois was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
St. Ignatius' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Fairfield, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
St. Ignatius is on the road again on Friday and play against Arlee at 6:00 p.m. on December 15th. Arlee presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than St. Ignatius in Montana (Arlee is ranked first, while St. Ignatius is ranked 35th). Fairfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
