 Matthew Menke was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  pitched six innings while giving up  three earned  (and one unearned) runs off   four  hits. Menke was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-4 with four  RBI. Those  four  RBI gave  him a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  Miles Edgar was  incredible,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 5-for-5. What's more,  he posted two  doubles, the most he's  had since back in May of 2024.  John Menke was another key player,  scoring four  runs while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances.
 Bishop Machebeuf  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 14  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least 12  hits in five consecutive  contests.
 SkyView Academy never got on the board in their matchup on Wednesday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Calhan on Friday. They blew past the Bulldogs 11-1. The result was nothing new for the Hawks, who have now won four matchups by ten  runs or more  so far this season.
 Bishop Machebeuf's record is now 6-3. As for SkyView Academy, their record now sits at 4-1.
