On Friday, Northwestern Area were out to avenge their 7-8 defeat to Hitchcock-Tulare from the last time they squared off against one another, but they had no such luck. Northwestern Area have to be aching after a bruising 8-36 loss to Hitchcock-Tulare.
Northwestern Area are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-7. Hitchcock-Tulare's record now sits at 4-4.
Next week Northwestern Area take on Iroquois at 7:00 PM. Iroquois are limping into the matchup on a seven-game losing streak. As for Hitchcock-Tulare, they will face off against Northwestern Area. If the 8-7 final from the last time they met is any indication, this contest will be decided by the defense.
