Meanwhile, Bullard blew past Edison, posting a 45-8 victory. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by 31 points or more this season.
Bullard got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Tyler Franklin out in front who threw for 219 yards and a touchdown while completing 78.3% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Devon Laney helped Franklin out on the ground, rushing for 48 yards and three touchdowns.
Frontier has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. Those victories were due in large part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 7.8 points per game. As for Bullard, their record is now 7-3.
