The Thompson Valley Eagles waltzed into Tuesday's contest with two straight wins but they left with three. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Northridge 71-43 at home. Thompson Valley might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won three games by 25 points or more this season.
Brady Kennison continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 33 points along with five rebounds. That makes it six consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Thompson Valley's points. Another player making a difference was Tom Mandeville, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds.
Northridge's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Louis Pisano, who scored 18 points along with five steals, and Drake Walker who scored 16 points along with five rebounds. The game was Walker's fourth in a row with at least ten points.
Thompson Valley's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Northridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Thompson Valley won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Roosevelt at 6:30 p.m. on December 13th. As for Northridge, they will head out on the road to face off against Greeley West on Thursday. Greeley West is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
