While South Pemiscot didn't have the best season last year (they finished 12-16), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. Everything went their way against the Scott City Rams on Thursday as they made off with a 13-3 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won 11 matches by eight runs or more so far this season.

South Pemiscot's win bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Scott City, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-17.

South Pemiscot has already played their next contest (against Risco), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Scott City will be paying especially close attention to the Bulldogs' game: after the Bulldogs face off against the Tigers, they'll take on Scott City again at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
