Dalton Nix produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Jefferson Davis Academy to the win on Wednesday. Nix got on base in three of his four plate appearances with five RBI, three runs, and one stolen base, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Nix and Jefferson Davis Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Colleton Prep Academy at 6:30 p.m. on April 8. Jefferson Davis Academy hasn't beaten Colleton Prep Academy recently, having gone 0-3 since March of 2019.
