Highland Prep lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Trinity Alfaro, who scored 22 points. Another player making a difference was Aaliyah Minick, who scored 14 points along with two steals.
BASIS Phoenix has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for Highland Prep, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-12.
